Congratulations! Girls’ Generation captured Disk Daesang Award at 'The 25th Golden Disk Awards'

After working hard for whole year, Girls’ Generation finally reaped Disk Daesang Awards.

The 25th Golden Disk Awards was held on December 9th at the Hwajeong Gym in Koryeo University, and many top K-pop artists were in attendance. After the special announcers Yoon Eun Hye, Korean famous actress, announced loudly that the best Korean girls group named “Girls’ Generation” captured Disk Daesang Awards, the tear of happiness came out.

“Actually, we felt disappointed that Tiffany did not come with us today due to her injury. However, we wanted to thank for father and mother of our members and also the SM Entertainment that support us. Of course, we have to thank to our fan club too.” Girls’ Generation said on stage.

They also said that we promised that we would work harder to produce more quality works in the future.

Besides Disk Daesang Award, Girls’ Generation still captured Disk Bonsang Award and Ceci Popularity Award.

I have to congratulate with Girls’ Generation. They deserve to capture these awards after working hard in this year. We can see that Golden Disk Awards judged the winner fairly unlike some awards before this. I’m so proud on them and also proud that I am their fan club. Moreover, I hope that Tiffany will get well soon. Girls’ Generation is incomplete whenever one member disappears.

It can guarantee to actually success of Girls’ Generation. 

Girls’ Generation started to promote “Oh!” since the late January. They got the first reward immediately at the early February to March. After that, Girls’ Generation released “Run Devil Run” in March 17 to confirm their popularity. They changed their concept from “CuteSoShi” to become “BlackSoshi”. Of course, it also reaped the reward in the first and second week in April.

Late of this year, Girls’ Generation came back from Japan to release “Hoot” in the late October after they have succeeded in promoting “Genie” and “Gee” in Japan. As the same, “Hoot” was able to capture 1^st award on K-Chart since the first week of November to the first week of December continually.
